• These pumps are suitable for lifting water from depths of 12m to 50m.
• Long and heavy handle provides adequate mechanical advantage enabling even a child to operate the pump with case.
• These are suitable for open well installations.
• These hand pumps are perfectly designed to have adequate sealing of bore holes to avoid contamination of water.
• Can be adapted for use with wind mill or for motorized operation.
• Positive displacement of pumps & hence the discharge remains constant irrespective of depth.
• Head assembly is of mild steel fully fabricated construction duly hot dip galvanized. Available with different mounting arrangements.
• Pump Stand assembly is mild steel hot dip galvanized construction with options of standard 3 legged, Telescopic three legged, Square flange and Round flange pedestals.
• Cylinder assembly with options of cast iron brass sleeved, Fully brass and Stainless steel.
• G.l. (Medium) & Stainless steel pipes options.

India mark-II Extra Deepwell Handpumps are manufactured as per Bureau of Indian standards specs: viz. 13287/92 capable of lifting water upto 90 meters setting depth.

• These pumps are suitable for lifting water from depths of up to 90 meters.
• Heavier handle with a T-bar and additional weight ensures reduced pumping efforts. Even a teenage child or a woman can easily operate the pump.
• These are with heavy duty cylinder assembly with 3pump buckets ensures lifting of water from deeper settings efficiently.
• There is a similarity in component with India Mark II, and  components be interchanged.
• Head Assembly  is steel fabricated that conforms to IS:2062 with galvanized to IS:4759.
• The top & bottom flanges of water chamber are made from 6mm thick MS Plate with standard raiser pipe holder also with 150 mm heavy class water chamber pipe.
• Both steel & stainless steel rods are available but stainless steel rods are recommended as per IS:1573 (steel rods are electro galvanized ).
• Riser Pipe- 32mm N.B.G.I pipe of medium class solid coupler is recommended for coupling.
• Stand Assembly is available in
  1. Telescopic Stand Assembly (recommended for casing pipes with nominal bore 150mm)
  2. Standard Stand Assembly   (recommended for casing pipes having nominal bore 100mm-125mm)
  3. *Other parts of stand assemble confirms to IS: 2062, IS:1239 & IS:4759.
• Seven pitch chain assembly welded with M12 internal coupler.

India Mark III VLOM (village level operation and maintenance) concept made possible with India mark II hand pump with following modifications. Manufactured as per Bureau of Indian Standards specs. viz.13056/91.

• These are open top cylinder with cast iron body and extruded brass sleeved with top cap to take 65mm NB riser pipe.
• Plunger and foot valve can now be extracted and reinstalled without removing riser pipes and cylinder and push rod.
• Water tank modified with bigger socket to fit 65mm NB riser pipe.
• This model is capable of taking water from depths of 45mtrs.
